may check this out soon, as I have to assemble both a 'full-on pamper the car' wash kit as well as maybe a 'quickie' wash kit...

Do you guys actually use a second high-quality wash mitt for the wheels or one of those soft specialized wheel-brush tools? I know I'd want two different cleaning items there.

laundry list of things I'll be needing when baby comes home (so far):
-good car shampoo (zymol, meguires or autoglym, whatever I can get locally)
-at least one good wash mitt
-two different buckets for wash/rinse water
-some good polish/wax (meguires, zymol, autoglym again, lots of threads here comparing)
-something to apply wax (foam applicator sponges?: still researching)
-a nice wheel brush, all soft surfaces, nothing hard to scratch em
-some nice detailing/waffle-pattern towels for hand-drying

-a Mr. Clean/flash system/kit as well for quick washes

will that get me started okay? I may not have all my details yet (ha, punny!), but I am going to our local club's spring clean party in two weeks and the guys there will be showing me what they use and like...hopefully I can learn a lot.

cheers
MC
