I still use the flash system even when doing a proper wash, I just dont use the shampoo, it still sprays water and then filtered water, helps with water marks.

I just bought a megauirs wheel cleaning brush, great for getting to the back of the wheel where all the brake dust builds up, although it does tend to spray you bit with dirty water when used vigurously

Get all the crap of the wheel with the brush then use a seperate cloth or sponge to wipe off any drips and make it sparkle, no need for a high quality mit

You can use an applicator for the wax, some come with their own, you can also use your hands to apply it, with some of the top waxes out there thats the best way, I find it rubs into the body work better and more even with your hands

Also terry towels are the best cloths for bodywork, very soft and dont shed fibres.

Have a look here, they are not always the cheapest, but they have split the meguair products up based on usage, so you know the different products for the different stages of a full clean

Ps. if any one knows where to get claybars without buying the spray at the same time, it would be very useful info
