Pfft why is there nobody that offers decent insurance for younger drivers?

I've been driving 2 years and 4 months, unfortuantely as a named driver with my father as the primary, only because insurance was PROHIBITIVALY high otherwise.

I've been working since age 16 and have enough buying power to finance a £30k car quite easily.... what i dont have is £6k to spunk up the wall in insurance every year.

Why cant insurers take my named-driver experiance as no claims bonus? I havent claimed....clearly i should get a discount!

some people on here with MCS with quotes of £350/year? What the hell? Its like us young drivers are subsiding their motoring!!!
