| My engine mount let go and hosed the engine bay with fluid which is now burnt onto any surface it landed on. I specifically asked them to clean it up when they replaced the part under warranty - which they didn't.
"oh...I thought you wanted us to just 'clean' your engine bay...."
FFS! You have to be kidding....
On top of that....the service manager then gave me a business card of where I could take it to get cleaned up!!!! I THINK NOT! It's going back in tomorrow.... |
