Really? I had an '02 MCS and after a little bit of adjustment I had the spray pattern covering the full length of the blade and the full area of glass. From the moment the blade started moving I had water all along it so that I was never dragging a dry blade, with all of it's accumulated grit, across the glass. I was very happy with the original system.

The new system does not allow you to wet the blade before it starts moving and it has me concerned about scratching the glass. I also do not see the need to wet the underside of the spoiler whenever I activate the rear washer. The new washer jet does not appear to be adjustable, short of physically bending it. That just doesn't appeal to me, with my luck it will just snap off.

Time will tell I suppose, but I liked the original system better.

Motor on, Dudes and Dudettes!!!
