This is the first shot I have seen of the Australian Spec "Central Tacho".

Australian Design Rules have not allowed a central speedo position, and so the 2002 released Australian MINI Cooper and MINI Cooper S will be unique in world markets.

As you can see the Speedo and Tacho positions have been reversed.
