Another update. Spoke with Westchester again. New transmission is in. Misfire is still there. Surprise! Now they're trying to blame the remote starter, which was put in for Christmas. They say that when they disconnected that, they didn't get the misfire. But they're going to reconnect it tomorrow and see if they can get it to happen. Added bonus: 4 brakes and rotors are an additional $900. Oh, thank you, MINIUSA, for all your help. (No, I'm not stupid enough to let them do my brakes, I don't care how bad they claim they are. I didn't notice any problems this past weekend, and I think they can last me long enough to go somewhere cheaper.) This white russian is excellent. Must be the extra vodka.
