it won't "void" your warranty, although if you suffer any malfunctions related to the kit or something which the kit could cause it'd be fixed out of your pocket, not BMW's.
JCW Products retain bmw warranty and are priced to account for that

Although make sure you tell your insurance about any modifications as well :P
