I started with a Purle Haze MCS, black roof & caps but no stripes. Then I added stripes -- it feels so much more like a MINI with them. I'm picking up my new MINI tomorrow -- Hyper Blue MCS, white roof, caps & stripes. I am a stripe convert! I do think it really just comes down to personal space. But then again, I've also not noticed anyone treating me differently since I added them, as far as racing and whatnot.
When I had mine added, they weren't quite even, so they had to take them off and re-apply -- so certainly it can be done without a problem. |
