Here is a good one for you.
Speaking to my dealer we got onto the subject of GP's and reselling. (Not that I have any intention of doing this!) Acording to MINI UK the dealers cannot buy GP's at above RRP or sell them above RRP - they would lose their franchise if they did this. So nobody should be able to make a quick buck selling back to MINI....
And the resellers do not seem to be having much luck with the three to six thousand pound markups that have been seen....
I think that nobody is going to have a feel for the real value of these cars for at least 12 to 18 months - even the dealers.
Good or bad though I dont care, im just in it for the fun factor....
