I have the earlier Boost H/U that does not support text. When I could still access the Dension Menu, control was set to the H/U and not the Ipod to allow control from the H'U and steering wheel. I can change from CD 1-5 for the playlists 1-5 and change tracks within CD 1-5. If I press 6 it just displays 6 and the track number it was playing on CD1-5 at the time. After a while it just goes back to the CD number it is playing. It does not go into the menu. I think I tried at some stage when I could still access the menu to see if the H/U would support text and nothing happened. I then switched off and unplugged and since then disc 6 button has not been doing anything. The screen display on the Ipod is the Dension display as I am not controlling via the Ipod. It comes up with the Warning not to browse, random works, charging works etc., only the menu is not displaying |
