I can understand why you're disappointed, but it does sometimes happen that the car isn't exactly as ordered, and it sounds as though they have tried to offer alternate choices (car or options), and I assume that they offered to reorder the car. The simple fact is, how do you react to it, and judging from the tone posted here in several threads, I think you may be coming across a little harsh, and the dealership may have a hard time with that too.
Mistakes do happen, and though it seems hugely important to you at this moment, it might be more useful to try to work with them rather than against them. |
