Does anyone know what software/hardware is used by the dealer to program the Mini?

Sorry Mac friends, but I'd have to imagine that it is some PC based system with a proprietary interface cable.

Does anyone have a copy, or has anyone seen a copy?

Has anyone seen the service department program their Mini's options and can tell us at least what it looks like?

I've been reading threads and FAQs all morning but have not been able to find any of this information.
