| Oh, I'm considering my options (although Ford was never one of them), and the Mazda's come up. All in good time. But I always thought the Cooper was plenty of fun. Sure, not as quick off the line, but I think all of you can attest that I've had no trouble keeping up with the supercharged crowd at runs. The trouble I'm running into is that you start off with reasonably priced cars, and then you want something simple, like a sunroof. But you can't get the sunroof unless you get the upgraded stereo and heated seats. That package is $3000. I do miss the ordering process of the MINI. You want something, you can get just that exact thing, not have a million other things tacked on. Never understood that mentality. |
