For this very reason I went for Protected No Claims on my Insurance this year... Its paid off as my car has been damaged by sombody brushing past it... as well as that i refuse to take it to Tesco now as some randomer hit it with a trolly on passanger door.
I thik people that key cars or cause damage then run and hide should recive some sort of punishment.... perhaps involving a cactus
