I read the following on the Wilkpedia entry about the R56.

The so-called 'Mk II MINI' is three inches longer than the 'Mk I' in order to provide some much-needed rear legroom.

If it really has 3 more inches that have been given to legroom that would be a real plus for tall parents with two children like ourselves

As we all know, three inches can make a big difference

So, my question is, has all the three inches gone into cabin space or has it been lost along the way?
