First off Keying and Dooring cars there is no excuse,but sometimes its the owner thats partly to blame.

i if in a supermarket car park park a good bit away from the main door to avoid the above (barring exes!) but some people would park inside the supermarket/shop if they could,i am not saying this is the case here,but if you are trying to avoid this sort of thing use the hed as they say up here in Scotland,park a bit away to avoid the crowds,its worked fine for me so far.

my last car was doored so much it affected the trade in price,it was down to parking near the front doors to shops at my local retail park.

look at it this way,the people who park near the door,are moslty in a rush,so why would they give a dam about the car next to them by getting out their car more slowly ,to avoid bumping it.
