Would second that for Cadwell - it was my first trackday and is a great circuit. Usually cheap too. The twists, turns and gradient changes are a great way of improving your road driving compared to an airfield day. However - its tricky and theres lots of stuff to bounce off, so get instruction! A well driven MINI will keep up with plenty of cars there with more power.
