The BBR phase 1 conversion involves the following :
1. Installation of BBR Star*Chip EVO-2 Software which includes (new map)
2. Installation of BBR Supercharger drive pulley
3. Installation of BBR / Cosworth drive belt idler
4. Changes to the boost and intercooling delivery systems
As you can see the pulley is changed, however because they install a Cosworth idler the standard belt can still be used.
