Your MINI should tell you which service is due--look at the service interval indicator (usually near the speedo). For more info, consult your owner's manual.
If a certain dealership will not answer your emails, you should probably try another dealership or shop. I can't imagine a complete service costing much over a couple hundred dollars. |
