Patience is a virtue...or so I have to keep telling myself. She is beautiful, CR/W, #29/64, and she is ready to come home from the dealer. But the saga continues. Monday afternoon while driving my son home from school we passed a road crew cutting grass. One of their weed whackers kicked up a stone which cracked the windshield. The city is going to rectify the situation but these things take time; the works department confers with the finance department which confers with the legal department which confers with the insurance company who will eventually confer with me. Understandably, the dealer cannot accept a cracked windshield at the same trade-in value as they originally offered. So she needs to get fixed and I need to be patient.

Now, I have a couple of questions. Does anybody know if there is a specific winter wheel/tire combination required for use with the Works brakes? I am assuming 16" runflats but recall reading somewhere that the R90 wheel was the only one that was recommended. Also, my car has 54 km. registered on the odometer. I thought that was a bit high. What were your odometer readings when you took ownership?

And for those of you who are already breaking in your CE's, a moment's silence if you please for those of us still waiting.
