| I believe minisoopercooper has had similar issues at DL Bristol.... my car was never serviced there, I prefered Wellsway in Bath.
My local dealer did once scratch my car, looked like someone had used a dirty chamois on it. I knew they weren't there before as the weekend previous the car had a clay bar, polish and wax treatment which took hours! They booked in for a full valet and polish to buff the scratches out and provided a courtesy car. |
