| I spoke to them today and they were very helpful indeed and have now suggested it was a misunderstanding and they will give me a lift both ways (guaranteed). Not sure about the misunderstanding bit but they dealt with my complain very, very quickly and were very apologetic.
I think I've learnt one lesson for the future though - ask them not to wash the car 'coz I'd rather do it myself!
