You can get much more creative with the aftermarket stuff.

Here's what I've been tinkering with over the last 2 1/2 years:

There wasn't any chrome, leather or wood when I started, but I'd do it exactly the same way again if I had to do it from scratch! Okay, not to everyone's taste, but we like it
