I've moved from the Peugeot scene where I owned a 106 Rallye to purchasing a new MINICooper. My lovely accident 3 years ago prevents me from having the S, but I'm sure I can upgrade to one in 3 years or something
Well, my spec isn't brilliant compared to a lot of them I've read here, but not too bad for a 23 year old

I decided against the GPS option, considering I work for the company that supply the GPS units ;] Nice bit of saving there, and I think I got a nice little discount too ;]
Now, coming from Peugeot - the car maker that falls apart - to a brand spanking new MINI is something I never thought I'd do, but now I have I cant wait for it to be delivered ! My projected delivery date is 1st week of Dec
When I went to the showroom they actually had one of the new MINI's there which was en-route to Barcelona, and it was an S, but it gave me an idea of what the car was like, and I got to sit in it and everything. It's really cool inside :]
Insurance on a Cooper is Grp8, which means it's 1 group less than my current car, and actually costs me less Fully Comp than my Rallye did Third Party Fire & Theft, so saving all around.
Cant wait ! Only just over a month and a week to go
