I need to call them today.

After speaking with them on Saturday regarding my generally poor dealership aftersales service and mis selling of TLC package, I was supposed to receive call from dealership yesterday, but unsurprisingly didnt. I want to make sure they called the dealer to make them aware of my comlpaint.
