Thats a quote from the mini website. I could be wrong but to me that means that you can buy it when the original tlc pack is purchased. Or.... you can purchase it at any time during the original tlc's life (which is 3 years or 50,000 miles).
This is why i believe that it cant be purchased after 50k. I was also told this by my local dealer
