I think we will NEVER reach a bigbrother situation like this - there are too many human rights at stake.
If we do however, i'm emmigrating to Germany - Autobahn and Nurburg !!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
Maybe get my house now, before everybody follows suit.
