OK, The wife has had a disagreement with a tow-bar on a Ford Galaxy. Result is that the Chrome Rear Bumper insert is damaged and needs replacing.

Has anyone replaced the insert, can it be done simply or will I need to get the BMW garage to do it. The price for the part alone is £30 +vat, then there would be labour on top of that.

Now gone (but not forgotten)
