Stiff isn't always fastest, I enjoyed my first coopers handling on 175s and standard susp. to the Sports+ setup with 17s
Yes the car did grip more but the softer suspended and thinner tyred car handled better and was more fun, which in my opinion is what a mini is all about , it is not a caterham.
BUT I will probably order my new Cooper with standard susp and 17s as it looks crappy with the small wheels due to the car's increased dimensions. |
