We out here in the woods of SW NH fear moose far more because, at least in a standard sized vehicle, when you hit 'em, you take their legs out and the body slides up the hood, thru the glass, and into your lap. Usually, with a deer, you smack the body and you don't get a seat partner. You are right about the lights, of course. Thanks
