So according to BMW the cooling system on both the cooper s and cooper is so marginal that 2 extra spots will cause it to overheat? what even when stationary?? is that why they always fit the number plate wrongly covering the air intale ? or is it the extra weight on the bonnet struts? or is it the extra current through the cables ? despite using an extra relay? or perhaps its all tosh and its the fact that BMW do not make a 4 driving light kit !
If BMW were that concerned about the cooling system why did they not produce a better reservoir tank that does not split or radiator that does not split or cooling fan that does not share a supply fuse with the P/ S fan or indeed a cooling system that does not constantly need topping up, all a bit curious especially if you consider the early S is 163 bhp and the Works GP is 218 bhp and they share the same cooling system!
I guess you definately cant fit 4 driving lights to the GP!
