Very occasionally buyers manage to haggle on the list price of new cars, but mostly not. UK dealers do not, however, charge more than list for new cars, so we're better off there.

Supply & Demand from MINI's point of view is building just enough cars to not have any surplus stocks they need to sell - very clever!
