Preceed the meal with some activity (like a vigorous rally
or some snow shoveling
), and you're bound to work up a nice appetite for ribs!
(After running the Dragon four times in one afternoon, we each ordered the XXL rib portions - just enough to try each different sauce at least twice with a few SPARE ribs left to be doused with your favorite - at this Famous Dave's in Knoxville. The waitress didn't even bother asking whether we wanted dessert...)
