I have a 52 plate
MCS with a
JCW brakes (including the rear pads)
Simple question but as yet seems unasked on hear (I did a search but it only turned up stuff on standard disc replacement)
Is there a replacement front disc for the
JCW available, other than through the dealer network? Eg. Is there a slotted or even standard version of the
JCW disc available from mintex or anyone? I ask this especially because the R56
MCS now uses the
JCW brakes on the front as the standard sport brake...therefore is there a performance upgrade to this out yet, or even a cheaper way to get the disc than through
JCW/BMW?
Having seen an R56
MCS the rear discs appear larger than on the current model (It may have been my imagination though) so if they are bigger is there anyone who knows if they can be fitted onto the rear of the current R53? Or if the whole rear brake assembly can be transplanted?
