24-48 hours after vaccination there are possible side effects. Some of them can be 1) lethargy (sometimes a g-d send) 2) injection site reactions (which may include but are not limited to swelling and tenderness) 3) there may be some vomiting and soft stools. If your pet acts in any way that would alert you your should take them to an emergency clinic. Things that are very serious would be pale gums, listlessness and unresponsive. Usually serious vaccine reactions occur within 1/2 hour -1 hour after receiveing them.

This is of course thanks to 6 years working in a vet's office. But I'm serious if you become concerned take her to a clinic.
