Run your fingernail over the scratch and if you can feel it as you run your nail across it then its a spray job needed to et rid of it. It wont polish out. If not, then try some meguairs scratch X. I would steer clear of the turtle wax stuff though and make sure you dont use T-Cut. If you cant get it out by hand then it may be a good idea to get someone to use a random orbit or rotary polisher on it.
