You're clearly insane. That place is a dump, always has been, always will be. Don't get me wrong, I had some good times there, but it's completely outdated. I'm not sure what their plans are with that space, but it's on the edge of an area that's being revitalized (and across the street from a great sushi place), so maybe they can do something nice with that spot.
