If you have decided on lowering sprngs only, then I would suggest 20mm. It will also look lovely with the aero and you wont have any problems when loading your car (either with your mates or with the misses shopping
)...I have previously fitted Eibachs on my R53 MCS and the ride quality has not changed much, but bare in mind that the new mini has different suspension characteristics as well...
