I had non run flats on my old cooper with aftermarket 18” wheels. Had to run it around with a can of tyre foam in the boot and pray nothing happened. But I then consulted my friendly RAC man and he informed me as I’m a member I get free road side tyre replacement, and if they have not got the tyres you need there and then (which they wouldn’t being slim line 18”) they will take you, or get them from the nearest place that does.
So I would check with the AA see what their policy is?
