all this based on the assumption your mini is less than 3yrs old and you are talking to suppling dealer, otherwise you may need a softer approach

Agree - I demanded they fix it asap, as the security of the car was compromised - also was concerned as it was putting a strain on the glass - further problems occuring when trying to close the car door.. they did it the next day (they also ended up changing the central electrical control unit ZKE as well, as the motor sorted the gap problem, but not the problem of the windows not 'dropping' when the door was opened and shut)

Btw, my work was completed under cherished warranty..

Hope you can get it sorted soon, know how frustrating it all is..
