| Cali has always done their own thing when it comes to emissions. Some say they are cutting edge and others say they are big brother. As with any product you have to conform to local policy. Here in Germany my CAI would not pass inspection. However, I don't go to the locals for inspetion but rather a group here on the military installation. Because of this I have a set of slacked rules and I can get it passed.
Most Germans will go to inspection with stock and then change it again after. If they are caught they pay the fine.... |
