United Kingdom Male View JG.26's Pure Silver & Black 1st Gen MINI Cooper S Profile
I didn't realise the Chips Away repairs weren't long lasting I would do them myself, it's not too hard and just needs a good modellers sable brush and little patience. If you have say the Pure Silver it will be virtually impossible to get a perfect result as any touch up will reflect the light differently. One tip with pure silver or any metallic silver is don't use any clear laquer on the painted chip as it darkens the paint and the chip stands out a mile. I'm not sure I would chance having a pure silver bonnet resprayed, I imagine a perfect paint match would be virtually impossible to achieve against the rest of the car. Luckily I've only ever had one tiny chip near the headlamp which persuaded me to get the clear bra fitted and been chip free upto now
