It is ludicrous, and wish it could be done more locally in Warrington, I suppose tyour right about the age, I am just hoping thiough that as he is a longstanding driver he will of driven many of them before and won't be experimenting with mine!

Synter clearly don't want to pay another dealership to do the work a) as it may cost them more than doing it themselves and b) they probably assume the responsibility for the problem and wish to correct it. If you were to contact MINI customer services they would probably desire that the supplying dealer fix the problem.

This is what the dealership have said as well, and as "they" have supplied the car it should be them that should put it right.

Im happy to hear that others are just as apprehensive about leaving cars at their dealers; I thought I may be going a bit mad.

Wish I had the time to go down and get it done etc, have always been funny about leaving my cars at garages, I just have to trust them I guess.

It was addressed to them, and it was provissionally agreed that the work would be done at my local dealership, wasn't until Monday they changed their minds
Toll road sounds appealing though

Well I previously requested for BMW Warrington to do it and was agreed, but they are now saying they have to do it.

P.S. You have bought another S, I don't know where you get your money from, you must be on a par with Aston for the amount of MINI's owned in 3 years ! Good man!

Cheers!
Yeah, maybe not as many as Aston but getting there!
