Welcome Phil to the forums, cheers for the reply.
I have since noticed that they have actually sprayed the bottom corner of the bumper as it is a slight colour mis match-this is also going to be sorted by them whilst down there.

I am now going to escalate to MINI Customer services, see if they can help/offer advice, will keep posted.
