MINI customer services are unable to help as it is a dispute between myself and franchised dealership and not a manufacturing defect!

There is a Sytner MINI in Sheffield!

I found this link:

Sytner Sheffield | Dealerships | Sytner Group

Click on MINI on the left for all the other dealerships.

If you take it over the A57 Snake Pass yourself you can have a really enjoyable blast and Sheffield isn't too bad for doing stuff if you have to wait around for a while.

I went through the hassle of taking my last car, an Approved Used BMW, back to York from Manchester a couple of times, so I made a day of it! Just remember to take your driving licence if they're giving you a courtesy car, I forgot mine on one occasion! In the end it was getting silly so I made them sort the issues at my local dealership, and that was a different group.
