Damo How on earth can you assume the GTT is smaller from a photograph with nothing else in the picture (rular) to scale it against? Actually the GTT one is bigger (450x260mm) AND deeper (60mm) AND has an outlet with a cross sectional area of near double the BBR one. As I said the element we use will flow enough air to produce near 400bhp (K&Ns figures not ours) so how can that be too small?
Cotton gauze elements are perfectly ok with a fews drips (or more) of rain,tbh you get more water going through the filter of every car on the road on a thick (pea soup) foggy morning, and dont even think about it. The effect of the water is free water injection system so is a no bad thing.
