When I had to claim repair done really quick, had a car etc. Only problem was when it came to claiming back my excess - I'd probably still be waiting for it now except I was doing a whiplash claim and the solicitor got the excess back. Insurance weren't very good at communicating with me or other side, for my benefit. But then I can imagine a lot of insurance companies are like this? |
