We're up to 155 Minis as of today so it's looking pretty good at the moment.
We've contacted local commerical radio but the general repsonse is that because it is a BBC Charity they won't touch it. However Alison was on Radio Lancashire the other day giving it a big plug. We've emailed all the other BBC stations (Radio 1/ Radio 2) with details but with the amount of stuff they're doing nationally i'm not sure they'd have chance to cover it.
We have the booked the local press for the night and photographer.
We are hoping to get North West Tonight to cover it as that is the BBC but i'm led to believe that they recently covered an event at Williams Rochdale.
