Been to the dealers today to listen to the engine after the replacement of the timing chain tensioner - sound has gone.

What is left is the tapping noise that is part of the direct injection system used, and a slight rumble on the cam gear that goes if you remove the brake serer vacuum pipe.

They are checking the gearbox noise in 1st/2nd - they have been told to check the exhaust front pipe heat shields
